Deine Aufgaben

  • Lead the implementation of SAP FICO solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and best practices.

  • Collaborate with business units and key clients, including business analysts, project managers, and technical teams, to gather and analyze business requirements.

  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and design documents.

  • Configure and customize the SAP FICO module to meet the specific needs of the business.

  • Conduct system testing, including integration and user acceptance testing, to ensure the solution meets business requirements.

  • Provide support and troubleshooting for SAP FICO-related issues, including analyzing and resolving system errors and data issues.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.

  • Stay current with SAP FICO technologies and industry trends, continuously improving the SAP FICO environment and processes.

  • Work closely with the technical team to interpret ABAP development needs, ensuring effective customizations where necessary, ensuring smooth integration with other modules (e.g., SD, MM, PM).

  • Provide SAP FICO training to factory and business users if requested.

Dein Profil

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Expertise in configuring and maintaining SAP FICO module; with hands-on experience of SAP R/3, ERP 6.0 or SAP Netweaver 7.0 system is advance.

  • Proven experience as an SAP FICO Functional Consultant, with a minimum of 5 years in SAP FICO implementation and support.

  • At least 2 full lifecycle implementation experience.

  • Strong understanding of SAP FICO module, including Controlling, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.

  • Experience with SAP FICO integration with other SAP modules, such as MM, SD, and PP.

  • Proficiency in SAP FICO configuration, including creating and maintaining master data, financial statements, and controlling processes.

  • Knowledge of SAP best practices and experience with SAP ASAP methodology.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Professional oral and written communication skills in German and English.
