SoftTech offers technology solutions, products and implementation support to the construction/real estate/infrastructure industry. Our offerings cover the entire construction life-cycle. Our Civit platform an AI-powered software application suite is aimed to digitize the entire construction lifecycle. Our products are designed for Government agencies, Architects, Builders & Developers, and Construction contractors (Company Website)

Qualification (Technical) & Other Qualification

  • Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in architecture, civil engineering and related

  • Preferably should be accredited under bodies like ASIIN or Chamber of Architects

Experience range – 2 to 8 years 
Proposed Salary – As per market standards 

Office location – Gießener Straße 42, 35410 Hungen, Germany

Skill Sets

  • Full understanding of 
    o    Federal Building Codes (Baugesetzbuch (BauGB) / States Building Codes (Landesbauordnung LBO)
    o    Knowledge of DIN norms (Deutsches Institut für Normung) 
    o    Local Zoning Plan (Bebauungsplan)

  • Experienced in HOAI Leistungsphasen (LPH) 1–5, and LPH 6-9 is advance. 

  • High degree of analytical skills to analyze business requirements for Permit automation 

  • Should be able to prepare and present Business use case

  • Understand customer/ product requirements by interacting with target market / customers 

  • Prepare documents to propose customization requirements in software products 

  • Professional written and verbal communication skills in English and expert level communication skills in German 

  • Should have hands-on experience of using standard CAD and BIM products 

  • Preference could be to the candidates having worked as Buiness Analyst in Software Development Companies in the AEC domai

Detailed Job Description

  • Submit a building permit application with crucial knowledge of the HBO (Hessian Building Code)

  • Understand Permitting product and demonstrate it to the prospects

  • Supporting automation of building permits with translating client wishes into buildable solutions and identifying gaps and creating solutions document for the gaps

  • Guiding permit process & compliance from LPH 1-8 with CivitPERMIT

  • Coordinating all drawings & details if request, also controlling the project time, cost, and quality until handover and warranty period.

  • Document all requirements and the business solution such that stakeholders, the development team and test team understand them clearly to go about their tasks

  • Document all requirements to communicate it to software development team in India

  • Engage with potential customers (county, city, state etc.) to implement the solution effectively
