Your responsibilities

  • Strategic development of our e-commerce system landscape (ERP, CRM, shops etc.)

  • Integration and optimization of existing systems and data flows - direct integration into our cloud-based IT projects (Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 BC system for Finance and Operations)

  • Item creation and maintenance in the online website and ERP system/data maintenance, including our product range

  • Responsibility for the structure and governance of our e-commerce product and master data

  • Responsibility for the budget and sales planning of the xTWOstore online shop

  • Design, manage and evaluate our online marketing campaigns (such as google ads etc.)

  • Working closely with the areas of content, social media, product management, sales, IT and external agencies to strengthen digital sales performance

  • Carry out market and competitor research to identify potential, risks and trends

  • Analysis of data and processes to identify growth potential and efficiency gains

Your profiles

  • Degree in business informatics, e-commerce, digital management or a comparable qualification

  • Several years of professional experience in E-commerce or digital marketing, ideally in building materials or related sector

  • Experience of master data management and Magento; perfectly with skills and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 business central system

  • Experience in the implementation of complex digital projects with interdisciplinary teams

  • High level of analytical competence, structured way of working and strong hands-on mentality

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to work in a diversified team in a multinational environment

  • Fluent in German and English

  • Team player with strong organizational skill
