Key Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for developing the sales of ceramic tiles products in the US market.

  • Manage and develop strong proactive relationships with B2B suppliers & partners to achieve the quarterly and yearly sales target by promoting the company products.

  • Well-known of ceramic industry in US market and identify of industry shifts while being fully aware of products development.

  • Set and assess quarterly sales targets, ensuring sales development and business operation alignment with the global team.

  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to introduce the company and tiles product.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.

  • Travel domestically or globally as required based on business needs.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of sales experience and proven track record in achieving sales targets of ceramic/tiles, perfectly with Italian or Spanish ceramic tiles sales experience in the US.

  • Strong network of trade partners in the tile industry.

  • Proficient in using SAP software and basic computer skills for data entry and management is advance.

  • Excellent business sense, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

  • Professional oral and written communication skills in English required, Spanish/German is a plus.
